John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to safeguard store profitability by investigating shrinkage trends, patrolling shops, and monitoring CCTV for suspicious activity. You will work a rotating full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, embodying our customer-first approach and commitment to safeguarding Partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict confidently.
• Strong attention to detail to spot trends and shrinkage signals.
• Good customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Be a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues, and elevate as required.
• Mitigate the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers.
• Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
• Address all aspects of shrinkage, including external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure and administrative error.
• Support and coach fellow Partners on how to minimise shrinkage and complete procedures correctly to protect our profits.
• De-escalate conflict situations in the shop professionally (at times, you may be required to detain or ban individuals who are committing offences in our shops).
• Support with investigations where required.
