As a Loss Prevention Officer, your role is to help keep our customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or security role is ideal but not essential.

In this role:

1. You will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances, deterring loss on the salesfloor, and acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
2. You will work closely with the store team to maintain security of our products and aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when necessary.
3. You need to demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
4. You should be self-motivated, resilient, driven to make a difference, and possess strong communication skills.
