Job Description

Are you interested in becoming a Loss Prevention Officer? As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on putting our customers first and providing positive shopping experiences across thousands of stores worldwide.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, your role is to help keep our customers, staff, and assets safe. Experience in customer-facing roles, within a fast-paced retail environment or security, is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring theft and loss on the sales floor, acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts effectively.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating resilience and effective communication skills.
