Job summary

TJ Morris Ltd. is seeking a Loss Prevention Alarm Monitoring Administrator to join the Loss Prevention team at our Head Office in Liverpool.

The role focuses on protecting colleagues, stores and the business by monitoring activity, identifying risks and supporting incident investigations. You will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, review store and point of sale data, and help identify suspicious activity, potential offenders and areas of loss.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and incident reports to identify suspicious activity, potential offenders and areas of risk across multiple sites.
• Administer and support Loss Prevention systems, including FaceWatch, Auror and future technologies.
• Review point of sale and store data, identifying unusual activity and producing clear and accurate reports.
• Liaise with stores, contractors, management and external agencies to resolve enquiries and support investigations.
• Support the management of incidents, including situations involving violence or aggression, and assist with the creation and maintenance of crime packs.
• Provide practical advice and guidance to stores, helping to minimise risk and prevent repeat incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant information is recorded and communicated appropriately.
• Carry out general administrative duties and provide wider support to the Loss Prevention team when required.

• Working an average 38.61 hours per week, working 4 days on 4 days off between 06:00am and 18:00pm
