John Lewis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to join the Profit Protection team. You will patrol the shop floor, deter theft, monitor CCTV, and investigate shrinkage trends to protect profits.
This role requires 18+ and involves a rotating schedule with evenings and weekends on a 22-hour per week contract. You will work with fellow Partners to minimise risk, support investigations, and maintain high standards of service.
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team you'll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you are based and be an integral part of the team. You'll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You'll protect your fellow Partners and customers patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Due to its nature, you need to 18-years or older to work in this role. You'll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Varied hours of part time work (22 hours a week) across seven days, on a rota basis, to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends between the hours of 09:15- 19:15.
