Are you an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster looking to join a growing and highly respected organisation? We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Commercial Loss Adjuster to manage a varied portfolio of commercial claims. This is a home-based opportunity offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work on a diverse range of claims from initial instruction through to successful settlement.

The Role

Reporting to a senior management team, you will be responsible for handling commercial property and liability claims, ensuring they are investigated, managed and concluded efficiently while delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial claims from instruction through to settlement.
• Conducting investigations and damage assessments.
• Negotiating and agreeing claim settlements with all parties.
• Producing detailed technical reports within agreed service levels.
• Liaising with policyholders, insurers, brokers, contractors and other stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
