Randstad CPE London in Ruislip is recruiting for an engineering welder to join a small on-site workshop team. You will weld rails to create 90m strings for TfL, using an enclosed welding machine and assorted mechanical equipment.
Applicants should have an engineering apprenticeship or NVQ level 3, welding experience, and both mechanical and electrical knowledge. Crane experience is a bonus; training will be provided. The role is on-site with a 35-hour week and an ongoing contract, inside IR35.

£31.03 PAYE or £42.03 umbrella

What does the team do? Welding Rails together to make 90m strings for TfL
The successful candidate should have:
Team information: A small team of five staff, working under a Team Leader and Chargehand.
Option after training to move to a four-day week
Although welding experience is needed, the welding is done by a enclosed machine so other skills using machinery and tools also required (similar to a electro mechanical fitter role)
