Morson is recruiting for an onsite welding/mechanical fitter role at Ruislip Depot. You will weld Rails to create 90m strings for TfL, operating in a workshop with occasional outdoor work. The team consists of five, led by a Team Leader and Chargehand, with training provided for crane experience and other machinery use.
The role follows 35 hours per week (Mon-Thu 07:30–15:30, Fri 07:30–12:30) with potential for a four-day week after training and an ongoing assignment in a non-hybrid environment.
Contract- Inside IR35
£31.03 PAYE or £42.03 umbrella
Ruislip Depot (no hybrid due to nature of role)

The successful candidate should have:
Team information: A small team of five staff, working under a Team Leader and Chargehand.
Option after training to move to a four-day week
Although welding experience is needed, the welding is done by a enclosed machine so other skills using machinery and tools also required (similar to a electro mechanical fitter role)
