Job summary

TXM Recruit is looking to assemble a team of Welders on a permanent basis for a rail client in Milton Keynes. The role involves corrosion removal on fleets of rolling stock vehicles and welding across flat, vertical, horizontal and overhead positions.

Candidates should hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in welding/fabrication, have strong MIG or TIG welding skills, and be prepared to pass rail industry medical and drug & alcohol tests as well as a weld test prior to start.

Responsibilities

As a Welder you would be carrying out a variety of welds, including flat, vertical, horizontal and overhead.

Qualifications
