Job summary

Engage Education is partnering with a school in Bexhill to recruit an Education Support Worker for learners with Complex Learning Difficulties and PMLD. The role is long-term temporary with potential to go permanent if successful.

Key duties include one-to-one support for students with complex needs, collaboration with staff to engage pupils in lessons, and providing feedback to teachers and parents. A positive, resilient attitude and experience with SEND/PMLD are desirable.
