A reputable healthcare provider in Northwest London seeks a skilled Practice Nurse for a 6-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP. You will provide high-quality patient care, manage chronic conditions, and support immunisations in a collaborative team environment. Practice Nurse – 6 Month Fixed Term – Northwest London – Start ASAP

Are you a passionate, skilled NMC-registered Practice Nurse looking for an incredible opportunity in a successful GP Surgery? We are partnering with a well-established GP surgery in Northwest London to recruit a Practice Nurse on a six-month fixed term basis, starting immediately, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment on a part or full time basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high-quality patient care in line with primary care protocols
• Managing long-term conditions, chronic disease reviews, and routine health checks
• Supporting immunisations, smears, and other practice nursing duties
• Working closely with GPs, paramedics, and other multidisciplinary colleagues
• Delivering patient education and promoting self-care initiatives
