Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH or other SEND would be highly beneficial.
• Candidates may be enthusiastic graduates, tutors, youth workers or others with transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Deliver targeted interventions to develop literacy, numeracy and communication.
• Work one:to:one with pupils who require consistent support.
• Help children develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
• Adapt activities to ensure pupils can access the curriculum.
• Build strong and positive relationships with children and colleagues.
• Work closely with teachers and the schools SEN team.
