Job summary

Voi is seeking a Fleet Specialist to support two operational areas: mechanical vehicle maintenance and in-field van tasks across London. You’ll rotate between areas as priorities demand, ensuring scooters are parked safely, batteries are replaced, and repairs are performed to keep riders moving.

You will drive a company e-van, uphold safety, and collaborate with a supportive team while contributing to a positive, efficient operation in a fast-growing micromobility company.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with max 6 points and no major offences.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues; able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable navigating the city by van in various weather and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for collecting and deploying Voi scooters.
• Replace batteries to keep scooters ride-ready and perform quick on-site repairs.
• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles; assist with parking and setup of new vehicles at the warehouse.
