Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Cambridge is seeking a Fleet Specialist to maintain and repair scooters and to support field operations in the Cambridge area. You will also help with the logistics of collecting and provisioning vehicles and batteries, plus on-site repairs and rapid response to issues.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and readiness to cover shifts as needed. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Knowledge of the city and ability to drive in urban areas.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; good communication.
• Willing to navigate the city in a van under various weather/traffic conditions.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Logistics of collecting and supplying Voi scooters.
• Search for and collect damaged scooters.
• Battery replacement.
• On-site quick repairs of scooters.
• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles.
• Recycle/dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assist with accepting, packaging, and provisioning of new vehicles and batteries.
• Support on-site team as needed (identify damaged vehicles, clear parking spaces, set up fallen vehicles).
