Job summary

A leading micromobility company in Cambridge is seeking a Fleet Specialist for AM-Shift. You will manage logistics of scooter collection, perform on-site repairs, and assist with new vehicle provision. The ideal candidate holds a UK Driving License and knows the city well. This full-time position operates on a 5 out of 7 shifts pattern for 2 months. Join us to impact sustainable urban mobility!

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License, maximum of 6 points and no major offences.
• In-depth knowledge of the city for effective driving.

Your Mission at Voi

• Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters⚙️
• Searching for and collecting damaged scooters 🛴
• Battery replacement🔋
• Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters🔧
• Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles🔧
• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️
• Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse🔍
• Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles🤝

What You'll Need to Embark

• Full UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor offenses and no major offences, and meeting the e‑Van insurance requirements
• In‑depth knowledge of the city and comfortable driving around it
• Responsible team player who can manage tasks independently and work well in a group
• Ability to motivate others and share knowledge within the team
• Pragmatic problem‑solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions, and works hard to reach team targets and OKRs
• Ready to navigate the city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
• Calm reaction to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic, etc.)
• Physical ability to carry heavy loads
• May be required to go through a DBS Check for this role

Job Conditions

• Working shifts: 5 out of 7 (2‑week shift pattern)
• Working hours: AM‑Shift
• Contract: 2 months Fixed Term
• Note: Talent Acquisition is based in Spain; expect a call from a Spanish number (+34)
