Job summary

OCR Alpha, in partnership with a leading hedge fund, is hiring into its Portfolio Finance team. You'll work directly with portfolio managers, traders, and global financing counterparties to ensure trades are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.

This role provides hands-on exposure to financing products including securities lending, repo, and total return swaps, with real responsibility from day one. You will analyse funding costs and help structure trades as part of a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Up to 8 years of experience in a Portfolio Finance or Treasury seat.
• Exposure to Equities and Fixed Income markets is advantageous.
• Strong Python skills for modelling and analysis.
• Strong communication skills with front office interaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders and financing counterparties.
• Analyse funding costs, source securities, and help structure trades.
• Work with Treasury, Legal and Compliance to ensure efficient execution.
