Job summary

You will be involved across the planning process, from early-stage site appraisals and strategy through to planning applications, negotiations and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in town planning within a consultancy or developer environment.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development management.
• Experience assisting with or managing planning applications and planning strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, client-focused with good commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Involved across the planning process, from early-stage site appraisals and strategy through to planning applications, negotiations and delivery.
• Work closely with landowners, developers, local authorities, consultants and other property professionals to develop commercial and client-facing skills.
• Deliver a varied portfolio of development projects through the planning process and beyond.
