Pass the Keys, the UK's leading short-let and holiday-let management company, seeks a Territory Manager for the London territory. You will own P&L, drive revenue growth, lead a local team, and report on performance through monthly and quarterly reviews.

This role requires strong sales leadership, an analytical mindset, and hands-on management of partners, with a hybrid work model and three days in the London office weekly.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record in sales and target delivery.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace.

• Develop and execute a growth plan to expand market presence in London.
• Own the territory P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing local team.
