FirstMind in London seeks a Talent Advisor who loves people, psychology and coaching to drive sales, employee development and leadership growth. You will help organisations achieve targets through people-centric strategies and 1:1 development conversations.

You will learn to coach, mentor and guide leaders and employees, using insights from cognitive and behavioural studies. The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and delivering measurable people outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching.
Ability to sell by understanding potential and challenges of leaders.
Willingness to participate in 1:1 development conversations and workshops.

Responsabilités

Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield.
Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees.
Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents.
Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges.
Enhance FirstMind’s materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool.
