Job summary

FirstMind in London is seeking an Insights Consultant to guide organisations to achieve targets through their employees. You’ll drive the end-to-end sales journey, analyse talent profiles and coach leaders and teams to improved performance.

You will develop 1:1 feedback sessions, nurture relationships with clients, and contribute to workshops and learning materials while continuing your own development within a dynamic, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching.
• UK, US or EU work permit.

Responsibilities

• Arrange 1:1 feedback sessions and lead development conversations with clients.
• Sell the value of insights to improve employee performance.
• Coach leaders and teams to reach their potential.
• Deliver and facilitate personal development and team workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand day-to-day challenges.
• Enhance learning materials and platforms to support client success.
