Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Store Manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and leadership abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
• Proven coaching and team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in store through best in class customer service and leadership.
• Lead by example and provide in-moment coaching to your team.
• Minimise stock loss and keep displays up to date.
• Maintain retail standards across the store at all times.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop staff.
• Manage performance reviews and 121s with the team.
• Advocate customer needs across departments and QA standards.
