Job summary

The Ivy Asia in the United Kingdom is seeking a charismatic Senior Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team at one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands. You will ensure guests receive a warm, professional first impression and assist the Reception Manager in building an efficient department.

You will supervise other receptionists and uphold high standards of service, while showcasing excellent English language skills and confidence in guest and team interactions.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist
