Job summary

KPI Education is supporting a London secondary school to recruit a skilled School Data & Exams Officer. The role starts in October 2026 or January 2027 and offers a full-time, permanent position with a salary between £32,000 and £42,000 depending on experience.

You will oversee school data and examinations, work with SLT and teaching staff, and manage entries, timetables and census data across the school MIS. Strong data accuracy and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a School Data Officer, Exams Officer or education administrator.
• Proficiency with school MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).
• Meticulous, organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GCSE, A-Level and internal examinations.
• Manage examination entries and amendments.
• Liaise with awarding bodies and invigilators.
• Produce examination timetables and timetables for results days.
• Maintain accurate pupil and assessment data in the MIS.
• Generate reports for SLT, Governors and Heads of Department.
• Ensure JCQ compliance and secure handling of materials.
