Job summary

KPI Education is supporting a London secondary school to recruit a proactive School Data & Exams Officer. The role starts in October 2026 or January 2027 and is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £32,000–£42,000 depending on experience.

You will own school data and examination processes, working closely with SLT, Heads of Department and teaching staff to ensure accuracy, timetabling and compliance across GCSE, A-Level and internal exams.

Qualifications

• Experienced school data, exams or education administrator with strong data accuracy.
• Familiar with school MIS systems and producing reliable reports for senior leaders.
• Ability to coordinate exam entries, timetables and JCQ/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Who Are We Looking For?

This could be the perfect next move if you’re currently working as a:

Exams Officer | Data Officer | Exams Manager | Data Manager | School Administrator | MIS Officer | Assessment Officer

Previous experience within a secondary school, sixth form, academy or Multi-Academy Trust would be highly desirable.

Experience using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, SISRA Analytics, 4Matrix or similar education platforms would also be advantageous.

Most importantly, you’ll be meticulous, organised and calm under pressure.

When hundreds of pupils are sitting examinations, deadlines are immovable and results need to be accurate, the school needs someone who simply gets it right.
