Job summary
Rees Architects is looking for a talented Architect with a minimum of three years of post-Part 3 experience to join their studio in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the private residential sector, with hands-on experience producing detailed drawing packs and leading site inspections. Candidates should also possess skills in InDesign and Photoshop, and knowledge of RIBA and JCT construction contracts is a plus. The position offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, along with a company pension scheme and up to 3 work-from-home days per month.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years post-Part 3 experience in the private residential sector – UK experience is essential.
Confident understanding and working knowledge of the domestic private residential projects process.
Experience with Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas is desirable.
Responsibilities
Produce detailed drawing packs for Tender and Construction.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
Manage projects through RIBA stages 4-7.
