Job summary

3s Architects Studio in London (Richmond) seeks a Senior Project Architect with ARB/RIBA registration and 3+ years post-Part II experience or Part III completed. You will manage private residential and mixed-use projects, lead technical design, and coordinate tender and site activities.

You will work closely with directors, guiding all phases from initial concept through planning and construction, with a focus on design excellence and site experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing private residential and mixed-use projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and architectural detailing expertise.
• Ability to translate knowledge into clear CAD drawings and proposals.
• Experience navigating RIBA stages 1-6 and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with directors as project architect and lead on multiple projects.
• Oversee all phases from design development to planning and technical design, including site and contract management.
