Job summary

Hippo is seeking an Office Manager to run the London office and support the central facilities team. The role requires on-site work five days a week, with an initial induction period including travel to the Leeds Head Office.

The successful candidate will oversee health and safety, security, environmental and waste management, and contribute to policy adherence across ISO standards. This position offers a dynamic, service-oriented environment within a growing digital services partner.

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience required.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office management of the London office.
• Health and safety including fire safety and risk assessments.
• Liaising with landlords, service providers and cleaners.
• Contractor management and RAMS coordination.
• Office security, visitor management and diaries.
