Job summary

WPS in London is recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical) to support the delivery of facilities management for the Aviva portfolio managed by JLL. Qualified electrical engineers with NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition or mechanical engineers with Level 3 HVAC qualifications are welcome to apply.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties, fault find and repair electrical and mechanical building services, and ensure safety and

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical discipline required with relevant NVQ or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) is essential for electrical candidates.
• HVAC qualification or demonstrable HVAC maintenance experience desirable for mechanical candidates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and repair electrical and mechanical building services systems.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems, pumps and motors.
• Maintain lighting systems and electrical distribution systems.
• Manage water systems and associated plant.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs promptly.
• Ensure work complies with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Complete work reports accurately using CAFM/mobile systems.
• Build relationships with client and stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
• Support wider engineering team to maintain high standards.
