Job summary

Aviva Investors is hiring a Manager of Client Relationship Management to lead the CRM team within the UK Insurance Clients group, ensuring high-quality servicing of internal and external Insurance clients across asset classes and acting as the escalation point for servicing matters.

You will work with the Head of EMEA Insurance Client Relationship and CRDs to drive efficient, proactive delivery, governance, and coordination across clients, processes, and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management client servicing.
• Understanding of investment products and mandates.
• Regulatory awareness and SMCR fit is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CRM team, ensuring high-quality client servicing across Insurance clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point for servicing issues and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding and mandate changes with governance and proper implementation.
• Support CRDs by identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring end-to-end client experience.
