Job summary

Aviva Investors in London seeks a Manager of Client Relationship Management to lead the CRM team, delivering high-quality servicing for Insurance clients. You will coordinate across Head of EMEA Insurance Client Relationship and CRDs to ensure efficient delivery, governance, and ongoing client satisfaction.

The role requires strong asset-management servicing experience, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management client servicing or relationship management.
• Understanding of investment products and asset classes.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
• IMC or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes and SMCR would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CRM team, setting clear expectations and ensuring delivery of high-quality client servicing across Insurance clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client servicing issues and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of client servicing delivery and drive proactive, high-quality outcomes across mandates.
• Drive continuous improvement of client servicing processes and embed best practices.
• Build strong relationships across Aviva Investors and coordinate servicing-related matters.
• Oversee onboarding and mandate changes with proper governance and implementation.
• Understand client requirements and reflect insights in servicing delivery.
• Identify and escalate commercial opportunities to support retention and growth.
