Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' operational or admin management in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong understanding of legal sector compliance requirements.
• Proven project management and operational improvement experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client service mindset with senior professionals experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations across Facilities, HR, IT, Finance and Legal Support.
• Drive operational improvement projects and enhance service delivery.
• Lead administrative teams and maintain high internal service standards.
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and vendor contracts.
• Support space planning and facilities operations.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and firmwide policies.
• Coordinate onboarding for new partners and senior hires.
• Champion adoption of technology and best practices.
