• Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Legal Operations or senior management role within the legal sector
• A thorough understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements of a law firm
• Strong organisational and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• The confidence to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders
• A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
