Job summary

PPRO is expanding its Digital Workplace team in London and seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd line help. You will resolve complex issues, manage access, and secure device lifecycles for a growing local and global user base.

Collaborating with our Munich, Berlin, and São Paulo hubs, you will drive consistency in IT standards while enabling executives with seamless support and a top-tier user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven IT support experience in dynamic environments.
• 3+ years solving complex technical issues.
• Ability to work onsite in London five days a week (UK-based).
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience with macOS and Windows enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to London team and collaborate with global hubs.
• Provide white-glove IT support to executive team members.
• Manage access with Okta; assist onboarding and daily operations
• Oversee macOS and Windows device lifecycle and security.
• Introduce AI productivity tools to optimize workflows.
• Support onboarding and offboarding experiences.
