Job summary

PPRO is expanding its Digital Workplace team in London. You will be the on-site IT ambassador, resolving login issues and optimizing connectivity for high-stakes collaboration. You’ll collaborate with global hubs to maintain consistent IT standards across locations.

As a Colleague Support Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end local support while partnering with our Munich, Berlin, and São Paulo teams to deliver a secure, efficient IT experience for all colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support within dynamic environments.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work onsite in London 5 days a week; UK-based with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to London team and collaborate on global initiatives.
• Provide white-glove IT support to executive team members for critical operations.
• Manage access via Okta and Terraform for onboarding and daily operations.
• Administer macOS and Windows device lifecycle, ensuring security and performance.
• Introduce modern AI productivity tools to optimise workflows.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
