JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd in London seeks an IT Project Coordinator / IT Project Manager to join a growing Japanese global financial services company. You will coordinate IT initiatives and support day-to-day IT operations while working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role focuses on managing projects from planning through execution, maintaining IT policies, supporting Microsoft 365 and infrastructure, and assisting with onboarding, reporting, and process improvements

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Project Support.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support IT projects from planning through execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors
• Manage and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure operations
• Provide internal IT support, including PC setup and account administration
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare and manage IT-related reports and documentation
• Support business process improvement initiatives, including AI-related projects
• Contribute to office administration and general operational activities
