Accenture UK is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering & Services Commercial Lead in London to drive growth by originating, shaping and closing strategic cloud, infrastructure and managed services opportunities. You will build a high-performing commercial team, develop executive client relationships and partner with industry leadership to accelerate revenue and expand strategic accounts across UKI.

• Proven track record in enterprise technology sales and deal closing.
• Experience in infrastructure services, cloud transformation and managed services.
• Ability to lead teams, develop talent and build scalable growth engines.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management.
• Proven success shaping and closing complex transformation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Originate, shape and close large-scale cloud, infrastructure and managed services opportunities.
• Build and convert a strong sales pipeline across priority clients, industries and accounts.
• Develop executive relationships with client stakeholders and strategic ecosystem partners.
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team, creating a culture of growth, accountability and excellence.
• Drive growth across Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, Managed Services, Security and Infrastructure Transformation offerings.
• Lead commercial strategy, negotiations and contracting through to signature.
• Partner with Industry, Account and Technology leadership teams to accelerate growth and improve win rates.
