Job summary

Referment in London is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the delivery lifecycle for new client implementations on our front-to-back trading platform. This role combines hands-on implementation with client-facing relationship management, coordinating internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues to ensure access to execution destinations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of buy-side front-office workflows, with depth in at least two of fixed income, equities, listed derivatives and crypto.
• Hands-on knowledge of order and execution management workflows and functionality.
• A broad understanding of financial market products, electronic trading, and the related regulation, risk and front-office order flow requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work.
• Lead kick-offs, document complex workflows and requirements, and turn them into a statement of work and delivery plan.
• Coordinate internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues so clients get access to the execution destinations they need.
• Set up and configure user acceptance testing, and provide training and ongoing support.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across stakeholders (trading desks, IT, operations, compliance and COO office).
• Maintain reporting and feedback in Salesforce and manage the project lifecycle and time logging in FinancialForce.
