Standard Life is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Associate in a Permanent role. The successful candidate will contribute to onboarding and implementation across public and private markets, coordinating new instrument onboarding, counterparty setup and investment activity in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Asset Management background in middle office or investment operations.
• Experience delivering operational or investment support with ownership of outputs.
• Strong data and analytical capability; Excel at intermediate/advanced level; Power BI, SQL or VBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support pre and post Trade Life Cycle activities across multiple assets classes.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new instruments and BPA deals.
• Assist with KYC/CDD processes during onboarding.
• Land high value BPA transactions within timeframes and maintain data accuracy.
• Own trade capture for BPA, asset transfers and selected private market transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes.
