Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Estate Services team in Kent. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service across multiple sites and ensure health and safety regulations are followed to provide a safe environment for customers.

You'll need prior cleaning experience, a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, and the ability to travel between sites using the company van. You may occasionally operate heavy machinery and complete required e-learning modules.

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking cleaning duties.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations as they apply to cleaning.
• The ability to use a smartphone to access company emails and log repairs and health & safety issues.
• Good computer skills in order to complete e-learning.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no serious motoring offences within the last 10 years. You must also have a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

We're looking to bring on board a Cleaner to join our welcoming and dedicated Estate Services team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service in a variety of sites across Kent, whilst putting the needs of our customers first. You will be provided with a work van and a fuel card, so you definitely won't be out of pocket! You will complete a variety of tasks and be motivated to work on your own without supervision. You will ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our customers. On occasion, you'll be required to operate heavy machinery.
