Job summary

Randox Laboratories Ltd. in London seeks a Deployed Engineer to support manufacturing and lab automation initiatives. You will build MES/LIMS platforms and digital quality tools, enabling faster engineering cycles and accurate data handling within a cross‑functional team.

You will translate user requirements into design concepts, contribute to software requirements, and generate essential documentation. The role demands collaboration with scientists and engineers, and a strong problem‑solving

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in a software related discipline.
Experience in Backend, Frontend & Full Stack Engineering, Platform, Cloud & DevOps, Data Eng & AI/ML, Robotics Software & Automation, QA & Test Automation, Solutions Architecture & UI/UX.
Experience using SQL Server or similar relational database.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Previous experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

Build MES, LIMS/LIS platforms, digital quality tools, and robotics-driven lab automation.
Develop design concepts from User Requirements with product owner and stakeholders.
Contribute to Functional & Software Requirements Specifications from approved concepts.
Collaborate across engineering, scientists, and testers to coordinate development and testing.
Identify suitable COTS products/software for use within systems as needed.
Generate and maintain technical documentation (code review docs, work instructions, FMEA, BOM).
Contribute to risk analysis for products under development and released.
