Job summary

CNA Hardy in London is seeking a Delegated Underwriting Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and renewal of delegated authority and portfolio solutions, ensuring due diligence, governance and ongoing oversight.

You will coordinate stakeholders across Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Finance and Operations, provide technical guidance on delegated structures, and drive improvements to onboarding processes and the target operating model.

Qualifications

• Delegated underwriting expertise and governance knowledge.
• Experience in Lloyd’s or London Market structures.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end due diligence, approval and renewal of delegated arrangements.
• Advise on delegated underwriting structures, operating models and governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Finance and partners.
• Maintain controls, track approvals and review materiality assessments.
• Manage workloads, quality assurance and reporting to improve onboarding processes.
