Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities in London’s commercial fit-out sector. You will leverage an existing network to target Tier 1 contractors, FM providers and occupiers, steering opportunities from introduction through to tender and appointment.

The ideal candidate has a proven construction background, a strong contact book, and the drive to create opportunities rather than rely on inbound leads.

Qualifications

• Established and commercially driven BDM with a demonstrable track record in construction.
• Strong network across commercial construction, office fit-out and related sectors.
• Ability to generate new business and win work through relationships with Tier 1 contractors, FM providers and occupiers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy in London and beyond.
• Generate opportunities through an established construction-sector network.
• Build relationships with Tier 1 contractors, FM providers, consultants and developers.
• Manage opportunities from introduction through tender and appointment.
• Collaborate with commercial, estimating and project teams to develop proposals.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
