Ascendion in London is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to work closely with Sales teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate delivery activities. The role requires strong client-facing skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to align delivery across business and technology teams.

The Engagement Manager will partner with Sales on account management, coordinate proposals and POCs, and support opportunities for account growth in a fast-paced digital services environment.

Formación

• Experience in managing client relationships and driving account growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing focus.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales teams on account management, client engagement, and delivery planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Support client presentations, solution discussions, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support account growth.
