Job summary

Codurance is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our teams in London or Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will manage stakeholder relationships, align client visions, and drive value across multiple projects while supporting proposals and our internal delivery capability.

You will work with business development and marketing to shape proposals and help grow our practice, ensuring client and people satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Client relationships with strategic stakeholders and advisory role.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and business.
• Proven track record in executing and planning technical/product strategy.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams on shared product deliverables.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
