Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is seeking a Central Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive central sales from enquiry to conversion. The role focuses on building strong relationships, improving processes, and delivering results in a hands-on leadership capacity.

The ideal candidate will have genuine people-management experience, a track record of performance improvement, and expertise in setting targets, KPIs, and expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive line-management experience within a sales environment.
• Proven track record of improving team performance.
• Experience setting targets, KPIs and expectations.
• Strong CRM, pipeline data and performance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of two Sales Administrators.
• Take ownership of the central sales process from initial enquiry through to viewing and conversion.
• Monitor team performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Set clear expectations, KPIs and performance standards across the team.
• Coach, motivate and develop junior salespeople.
• Manage underperformance and conduct difficult conversations when required.
• Own CRM accuracy, pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Monitor lead-to-viewing and conversion metrics across the portfolio.
• Identify gaps in the sales process and introduce improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents.
• Produce accurate performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team to support business goals.
• Create a positive, collaborative, high-performing team environment.
