Job summary

The Children’s Place in London is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ABA Service Manager to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with diverse developmental and behavioural needs. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, analyse data, and adjust strategies to support progress in clinic, home, and school settings.

You will collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, BCBA’s and other team

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with eligibility to practice in the United Kingdom.
• Experience with children in pediatric or educational settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
