Qualifications

• UKSBA certification is required.
• Experience with FBAs and developing function-based BSPs.
• Experience managing a caseload of clients with complex needs.
• Experience in data collection and reporting to monitor goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex clients across settings (schools, hospitals, community, supported living).
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and develop BSPs.
• Write high-quality FBA reports and present findings to clients and networks.
• Plan and implement evidence-based interventions based on FBA findings.
• Deliver training on clinical best-practice topics and support safeguarding and data security.
