The Rise Partnership Trust in Greater London is seeking an Associate Behaviour Analyst to provide behavioural consultation and practical support for pupils with autism and learning difficulties under EHCPs. You will help develop effective behaviour support plans, monitor progress and ensure evidence-informed approaches are implemented across the school.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate training in ABA and/or Positive Behaviour Support.
• BCBA or UK certification in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA/PBS to children and young people.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of ABA and Verbal Behaviour.
• Experience training colleagues and developing effective teaching practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting pupils who use signing or AAC systems (advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioural assessments, setting meaningful targets and developing individualised behaviour support plans.
• Supporting staff through consultation, coaching and Behaviour Skills Training to strengthen their delivery of ABA-based teaching.
• Promoting Verbal Behaviour teaching approaches, including pairing, mand training, ITT, NET and stimulus-response chaining.
• Developing and reviewing data collection systems to monitor behaviour, learning and skill acquisition.
• Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for Annual Reviews.
• Working closely with teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, mental health professionals, families and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Supporting the development and consistent implementation of a fully integrated Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Contributing to staff development, safeguarding and the wider vision and ethos of the Trust.
