Chrysalis seeks a Behavior Analyst to supervise BCBAs, develop programs, and supervise in-home services for children with autism. The role involves training staff and parents, writing detailed progress notes, and ensuring adherence to BACB ethics.

Responsibilities include assessments, behavior plan development, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support treatment progress and safe, effective interventions.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or Ph.D. in Psychology or related field.
• Provide intensive in-home behavior services to children with autism.
• Attend and conduct staff and/or parent trainings, as needed.
• Follow state policies and procedures.
• Represent Employer and market a positive image

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs and staff.
• Conduct functional analyses and develop behavior support plans.
• Attend staff meetings and train staff on programs.
• Train parents on treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Write progress notes and report outcomes.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and present programs for review.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and inform stakeholders.
