Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking a QA/QC leader to ensure delivery of high-quality telecommunications infrastructure projects. The role focuses on establishing standards, conducting on-site audits, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Based primarily in the London office with regular travel to project sites, you will collaborate with Project Directors, Operations Managers and clients to embed best practices and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA/QC experience in telecoms, ICT, security or data centre environments.
• Proven experience supporting hyperscale data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, incl. ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience conducting on-site audits, inspections and reviews.
• Ability to establish and implement quality standards and documentation across complex projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain QA/QC policies, standards and procedures aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
• Lead independent quality reviews and audits on ongoing and completed projects; inspect sites and assess compliance.
• Develop and maintain central quality documentation and prepare consolidated quality reports for PMO.
• Train project teams and contractors on quality requirements and standards; ensure teams are equipped and trained.
